The listing is for a clean and low mileage Subaru EJ253 AVLS engine. This is a 2.5L sohc AVLS engine. It fits 06-09 Forester, Outback and Legacy. The JDM EJ253 engine is a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine produced by Subaru. It was pulled from a running vehicle in Japan that had low miles. This engine was fully tested before being removed from the donor vehicle. It is again fully compression tested before being shipped out. The engine comes with a 90 Day Warranty on the engine internals. Please have a certified mechanic perform the installation and change all the wearable parts before installation. You will receive a motor with out any damages to the timing cover and gears. The pictures used here are sample pictures.
