Modifications:
Use it as a long block application. Reuse the oil pan from the old engine and reuse the engine harness.
Subaru 2.5 EJ253 Engine:
The listing is for a clean and compression tested 2010-2012 Subaru Outback, Forester and Legacy EJ253 engine. This is a very clean Subaru 2.5 EJ253 engine with excellent compression numbers across all four cylinders. For 2007-2012 Forester, the engine must be used as a long block replacement, the oil must be swapped from the old motor along with the intake and engine harness. It is a direct fit for 2010 to 2012 Legacy 2.5L. We import only premium quality JDM engines from Japan. This EJ253 engine is fully tested before being pulled from the donor chassis. It is also fully compression tested. Please see the actual compression test listed.
